Colleen Kassouf Mackey (she/her) has more than 16 years of consulting experience—with a focus on program evaluation and measurement services—for local, national, and international entities across sectors. Colleen has worked in content areas including:

Colleen holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from American University, a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Dayton, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Health from Kent State University. She belongs to the Ohio Program Evaluators’ Group and the American Evaluation Association. Colleen lives and loves by the shores of Lake Erie in Lakewood, OH with her husband and three children.
Stephanie Lloyd, Consultant
Evaluator + Educator
Stephanie Lloyd (she/her), brings experience with qualitative and quantitative methods as a program evaluator and social science researcher. She works collaboratively with organizations and groups to address long-standing social and economic inequalities and strengthen communities. Stephanie has led numerous large-scale evaluation, research, and strategic planning projects for social sector clients in the areas of: health, education, economic opportunity, and national service, among others.
She is a member of the American Evaluation Association and regularly volunteers with nonprofit organizations through HandsOn Bay Area. Stephanie holds an MA in Applied Sociology from UMASS Boston. She is an AmeriCorps alumna, and provided two years of education and community development service in Washington, DC-area schools and neighborhoods through City Year.
Stephanie’s areas of expertise include: participatory evaluation, survey methodology, photovoice, data visualization, community and youth development, and volunteering. She has been teaching photovoice for evaluation through PhotovoiceWorldwide since 2018.
Kyley Findley, Consultant
Evaluation Associate
Kyley Findley (she/her) has over four years of management/administrative experience and eight years of intermittent research experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at Northeast Ohio Medical University with the Consortium of Eastern Ohio Master of Public Health Program. As an undergraduate, she studied Biocultural Anthropology and conducted independent research on nutritional adaptation and chronic illness.
With this, Kyley can study the world of science through the lens of humanity. She is passionate about studying how our culture, history, and personal experiences shape the people we are today in health and wellness. Her public health knowledge allows her to blend this perspective with population health, determinants of health, and health equity.
Kyley has varied skills in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research. Her areas of expertise include: project management, biocultural research, emotional intelligence, effective communication, critical thinking, academic and scientific writing, thematic coding of qualitative data, and visualizing findings as Slidedoc presentations.
Kyley also owns a small, handmade, creative business which allows her to bring creativity to the work she does with Data Shine. Kyley is based out of Cleveland and loves crocheting, cooking, and scary movies.
